Our First Lady
Evangelist Shereé S. Sykes is a native of Lynchburg, VA and the Co-Pastor of Shekijah Preparation Assembly where she and her husband of 30 years, Bishop Terence M. Sykes, have been partners in pastoral ministry for 24 years. In addition to being an anointed prayer warrior, deliverance preacher, teacher, and Gospel recording artist, Co-Pastor Shereé is a loving mother of two sons, Terence- Christian and Jordan Christopher, and is also enjoying the blessings of her 19-month-old granddaughter, Zy’ona Symone Sykes.
God has graced her with a powerful ministry of deliverance, prayer, and wisdom. Her unique presentation of truth from the Word of God has caused many to be delivered and made free by the power of an Awesome God.
Currently pursuing the Master of Religion degree at New Life School of Ministry and Bible Institute in Esmont, VA, Evangelist/Co-Pastor Sykes is a valuable asset to the growth and maturity of Shekijah. She is a virtuous woman and is, in word and deed, blessed!
Her favorite scripture to quote can be found in 1 Corinthians 2:2 that says, “For I determined not to know anything among you save Jesus Christ and Him crucified.”
